How it works.
1. Submit Your Request
Add all your design requests to the queue and submit the project you'd like me to start on. Provide a brief description of your vision, or if needed, we can have a quick 15-minute call. During this time, I’ll address any questions about the project, such as digital or print sizes, formats, packaging dimensions, and more.2. I will Get to work
Once I receive your answers, I'll begin working on your selected project. Turnaround times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, though this may vary depending on the project's complexity. I'll let you know if a project requires more time before work begins.3. Review the Design
Once I'm happy with your design, I'll send it for your review and approval. If it's not perfect, no problem! Share your feedback, and I'll revise it until it meets your satisfaction.4. Approved Delivery
Once I have your approval, I’ll prepare the files and deliver them in the necessary formats for sharing with your customers. Then, you can submit your next project to my workflow, and the process starts over.

In most cases, deliverables like brand concepts, landing pages, or social media templates are completed within 1-3 days. For larger projects, you’ll receive partial deliverables every 24-48 hours until the entire request is finished.
We know you might not have enough design work to fill an entire month. That’s where the pause feature comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 days. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and decide to pause, you’ll still have 10 days of service to use in the future.
For large-scale projects like website designs or app UI/UX, the work is divided into manageable chunks. Deliverables are sent every 24-48 hours until the project is completed.
Depends on the projects. I use all Adobe products like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro. Other platforms I use are Figma, Fesco, and Procreate.
You submit requests via Trello. You can also share Google Docs, wireframes, or even Loom videos for more detailed briefs.
