For the Chop Shop IPA design, I envisioned an Oregon butcher—an iconic figure in his small but loyal community. Each morning, he chops hops and crafts the finest session IPA in town, embodying the dedication and craftsmanship that define Aviator Brewing. This hand-drawn illustration captures the essence of Pacific Northwest beer culture, paying tribute to hardworking artisans and the bold flavors that inspire every pour.
